We ship furniture and artwork throughout the continental United States. Delivery methods, timelines, and costs will be displayed at checkout or confirmed after purchase. White-glove delivery and other services may be available depending on your location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Custom Orders: Made-to-order or custom items (including furniture finishes or special orders) are non-refundable once production has begun. Stock Items: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and approved in writing. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected, less any applicable shipping or restocking fees. Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production or shipment has already begun.

All content on BobTimberlakegallery.com — including artwork, images, logos, product designs, copy, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Lex Lenco LLC or Bob Timberlake and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
