"Indian Summer" was painted at Bob's Highway 47 studio at the rock wall to the right of the guest house cabin. The term "Indian Summer" refers to the mild, warm hazy days of autumn. The birchbark canoe was used in a TV commercial with Iron Eyes Cody during the Keep America Beautiful campaign.
