Iron Eyes Cody was a television actor and an actual Cherokee/Cree Indian. He became the nation's symbol for a clean environment during the "Keep America Beautiful" campaign. Mr. Cody and Bob became very good friends. Mr. Cody's famous canoe commercial (across High Rock Lake) was actually a canoe that Bob owned.
