Description:
The Jerry in “Jerrys Place” is Jerry Richardson who at that time was owner of the Carolina Panthers.
Mr. Richardson owned the cabin in the painting. It was located near Boone, NC.
Jerry’s employees wanted to give a special surprise gift to him and knew he loved Bob Timberlake’s art, so they asked Bob to do the painting which was presented to Mr. Richardson at a surprise reception at the Greenville County Museum of Art in Greenville, SC. During an exhibition Bob was having there.
